Why this works

Engineering led, not account managed

The difference is not effort. It is who is in the room when a decision gets made.

01

The person recommending the fix can build it

An SEO consultant who cannot change the codebase writes a document. Here the audit finding and the deploy that resolves it come from the same team, which removes the handoff where most recommendations quietly die.

02

Scope in writing, price before you commit

Discovery produces a written scope with a fixed price and a dated schedule. The number does not move unless you change the scope in writing. No open ended hourly meter on fixed work.

03

You own everything

Repositories, infrastructure accounts, ad accounts, analytics properties and credentials are yours throughout. There is no proprietary platform to leave and no fee for access to your own software.

04

Reporting that names the outcome

Traffic and rankings are inputs. Reports lead with enquiries, calls and qualified pipeline, and they say plainly which work is not producing so the budget can move.

How it starts

Four steps from first call to work in progress

No discovery deck, no six week sales cycle. The aim is to reach a written scope you can say yes or no to.

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we ask the questions that change the answer, and you get an honest read on whether this is worth doing.

  2. 02

    Discovery

A paid, short, focused pass over the systems, data and constraints. It produces facts rather than assumptions, and it is credited against the build.

  3. 03

    Written scope

Deliverables, exclusions, schedule and a fixed price. What is not in the document is not in the project, which protects both sides.

  4. 04

    Build

Work ships to a preview environment continuously. You see progress weekly and can redirect while redirecting is still cheap.

Questions

Before you get in touch

What does Charliez Services actually do?

Four things that usually get bought separately: custom software development, AI integration and training, business process automation, and search and paid media. One team is accountable across all of them, which matters because most expensive problems live in the seams between specialists.

Do you work with small businesses or only larger companies?

Both. The smallest engagements are a focused audit or a single automation. The largest are multi month platform builds. What the work has in common is that it is scoped in writing before it starts, so you know the number before you commit.

Where are you based and who do you work with?

The business is fully remote with no office, working with teams across the United States and Canada. Collaboration happens over video, shared documents and a shared repository. There is no on site option, which is stated plainly here rather than discovered later by anyone who needs someone in the room.

How do engagements start?

A thirty minute call with no pitch deck. You describe what is not working, you get a straight answer on whether this is the right thing to spend money on, and if it is, a written scope with a fixed price follows within a few days.
